New management serves up bad experience and here’s why;

2. To compound the problem above, on my second time through when I asked them to make sure to get the bugs off the front I was informed they would spray but they would not scrub the front as they used to. After my second time through the bugs remained and I decided to find a new car wash.
1. This place never gets all the bugs off the first or second time through so I always have to go through st least 3 times. Now the new management has closed off the redo lane which means I have to go out into traffic, Circle the block and get behind all the cars in line each time I have to redo what Cruz Thru couldn’t get off my car the first and second time!
Update: this is now called "Mister" car wash and they have made significant upgrades and improvements to the wash and facility. The still have a $7. Wash but the other upgrade wash prices went way up. Still free vacuums!
Very neutral. The employees were super friendly and they did a brush wash on the front of my car which was great. Actual car wash was bright and colorful, a fun plus. Hand vaccums were easy to use. Couldn't tell until my car dried that the entire back end didn't get scrubbed, just wet, which on a $14 wash is a total bummer; read later that they will apparently they will let you go right through again, but I was long gone before I could tell it needed it. Next time, I'll bring a towel and check, I guess. I love the one in Palmdale, so I will try this one again sometime.

Free vacuums are still the only thing that keeps me going back. Wash quality has gone down over time, no updates done to this location, palmdale is better.
Cruz Thru is great if you just need a quick exterior wash. It's not much different than any other drive thru, but their service is always great.
I would recommend only purchasing the cheapest wash option, as the Lava Cruz wash does not make much difference at all in the quality of the wash and is double the price of the cheapest option.
