Pricing on merchandise is pretty great but service isn't. Out of about 5 female employees that were working this evening, there was only one that was very friendly and courteous. She was one of the cashier's. I've been to this Lancaster location many times before and that's pretty much the customer service most of the time.
Of having to find carrying bag. For traveling.
Always fun. Check out is always horrible. Have kids get in line 30 minutes before your ready to check out. Avoid during Xmas.
Thanks Ross for making me feel like a thief. I took 5 items for clothes in the changing room including the toy my son wanted. And I said I had 5 before I went in I guess person gave me the #6 and I didn't pay attention to the number but when I came out handed the clothes I did not want and the ones I did I came back out with my 5 items I went in with and handed him the number which then I saw it said 6 and he said there are 5 I needed 6 and I checked I got confused went back to look and nothing so I told him I only went in with 5. He said okay it's fine but then I literally had someone following me like I was a dam thief in the store. Never again will I go back. They didn't count right so who looks wrong I do.
