Thank you to ALL the doctors and nurses who cared for my son Fernando. You saved his life. I will always be greatful...I love AV hospital

I ended up walking my daughter, who was very sick and barely able to walk, out of the hospital and took her to Kaiser urgent care. The AV hospital emergency room is poorly run, and if you find yourself in real need of medical attention I would advise you to go elsewhere.

Overrated hospital. A lot of rude doctors, nurses, and staff who act like their doing you a favor by acknowledging you're mere existence. I wouldn't come back here if my life depended on it!!

I took my daughter to this emergency room in level 10 pain with a severe flare from a chronic intestinal disease. She was in bad shape, we sat in the hallway of the "green zone" for 2 hours. I asked a nurse to check her because she almost fainted from her pain and dehydration and they treated us like we were waisting their time. They checked her vitals and because they were in a normal range they put us back out in the hallway. When I asked where she was on the lineup to be seen the nurse said she was sixth in line. I waited another hour as they called four more non emergent cases, and they told me then that she was now fifth in line to be seen. I then asked the nurse how much longer in their estimation would they see my daughter. She raised her voice and was rude to me. Two more nurses walked up and they all told me they can't make decisions for me. Mind you my question was if they could give me an estimated time frame of when a nurse could check on her so I could decide if I should take her elsewhere.

This is the rudest batch of doctors I have ever encountered! Not to mention while admitted here I pushed the call button for the nurse and in comes a volunteer! This hospital is horrible! Then I get ready to walk out and realize my iv has not been removed!

I took my mother in for CHF, She was seen very fast. The ER stuff were very fast and very good. A lot of negative feedbacks left for the Hospital, But I think it is a much better than a lot of other places. If you lived outside of the US, you would understand. At least if you get sick, you have an ER that would accept you! other places would only take you after you pay to get seen!
