IHSS is ok until you need any assistance. The hold time is no less then 39 min's. I couldn't reach the worker and spoke to another and he was very rude and even refused to reach a supervisor ? Cause he knows how rude he was and maybe they record the phone calls. I call back suffer more wait time and finally reach worker Linda Barnett. Yet without hesitating she terminated all. Didnt seem to phase her as I just lost a job. She hung up and I have to call back because issue was never resolved and wait another 39 min's..
this number doesn't work and it close to impossible to get any help by phone. Have tried three numbers given to me so far, two no longer work and been on hold 10 min. for call I'm waiting for now.
