Saw them at the expo show here in vegas and purchased a leopard gecko that was labeled diablo blanco which is suppose to have red eyes. After taking a closer look at it, I noticed it didn't have red eyes. I went back and spoke to them just a couple minutes later and they said that they can have black eyes and refused to give a refund. I've been looking online and all sources I found state that the diablo blanco morph has red eyes. They mislead us by writing the wrong morph and refused to do anything about it after we talked to them about it and explained what happened. They took advantage of the fact that it was an expo and had to pay cash. Don't trust this company. They are shady.
I bought my first ever ball python here and let me just say he was well taken care of with beautiful colors and the owner worked with me and helped me understand all that I need to know about my ball python. The animals they're taking care of in their own cages and he paid attention to each one of them showing me around and letting me know which ones were for sale and helping me pick out the right snake for me! He was very kind and helped me with everything I needed to know. Yes there is a small odor but if you had to take care of a whole pet store by yourself you would have a small odor too. I really recommend this place! My ball python was the best decision I've ever made!!! He is so sweet and I owe it all to the store and owner!!!
Great place to go for reptile supplies. Great animal selection including rabbits, fish, lizards, and snakes. Great customer service. The son of the owner took care of all of my needs. Definitely some cool looking animals there too.
I'll admit. I've only been here a few times. But every time has been awful. Forget the smell, it's completely understandable that having so many animals in such a small location would result in an odor. No, that's not the awful thing about this place. The animals are all shoved into cages either too small, or forced in with way too many other animals to be comfortable. Almost every single one of them looks extremely stressed and unkempt. The place is just dirty, there are cockroaches running around everywhere. Sometimes even getting into the bird cages and who knows into what else. The owner may be knowledgeable, but he's not only rude, but he also treats people like they're idiots. No customer service and no one who works there will offer to help you unless you pretty much wave them down, and then they'll act like they're upset that your even there. If this wasn't one of the only places left in town to buy rats, I'd never have come in the first place. And I certainly won't be going back. I'd recommend going just about anywhere else. Forget supporting local businesses if they're going to treat you like an inconvenience for even coming into their store.

I really prefer them to any of the "chain-pet stores".
