Update: envelope turned up in my mailbox 5 days after the delivery date.
Customer service is terrible how do you miss deliver a package and the post office signs for it but doesn't want to give you a copy of the signature
I was expecting a small envelope containing a car part. Tracking said it was delivered in mailbox but when i went to check, nothing. In the past, A few of my mails were delivered to the wrong address. Sometimes, we get packages or letters that do not belong to us.
I was told to call this Post Office when my shipment lost! My holiday gifts I ordered for my grandkids showed Delivered at Parcel box, so I go check. NOTHING!! These idiots lost my packages and delivered them somewhere else. F-you. Talking to an Attorney about this continued loss of packages! Or lets get a Class Action Lawsuit about these incompetent individuals that are hired! No doubt uneducated and by the other posts on here, they are stealing??- Which by law is a Federal Crime! I'd love to see them do 20 yrs in State Prison! I know one of the main Attorney's up here in the A.V. This Post Office needs to be held accountable for the lost and stolen shipments!!!!
This is not a post office.. It's a pick up only location no retail waste of time
This office needs closed it dose not have stamps or a way to pay for postage and mail an envolope (a post office with no postage)? !! What is the point
