The Experience My fiance and I had from this broker Claudia,was ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, TOLD MY FIANCE & I TOWAIT OUTSIDE AND NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK AT THE HOUSE WE WERE INTERESTED IN. HER ATTITUDE WAS AWFUL AND THE TREATMENT MY FIANCE AND I GOT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I WENT TODAY TO THE BUILDING IN LANCASTER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HIGHER UP THAT MAYBE COULD HELP US. THE MAN I SPOKE TO HIS NAME WAS AL YARROW LAUGHED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO JUST GET OVER IT. I WAS SO APPLOLED LIKE I WAS SAYING A JOKE, HE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE AT ALL. AND HE WAS JUST AS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AS SHE WAS. COMPLETELY DISGUSTED THAT THESE TWO SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS WOULD TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THEY TREATED ME AND MY FIANCE. I HOPE NO ONE HAS TO GO THOUGH WHAT I WENT THOUGH. THE ONLY 2 PPL THAT WAS NICE RESPECTFUL WAS THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST AND DAVID.
If I could, I would give negative review--just terrible. Monica Perez not only conducted false advertisement, but also didn't do anything to recover my losses after executed contract and escrow was broken off by a seller. Total lack of professionalism. Do not associate with this establishment.
This guy knows the ins and outs of this area better than any one i know! Helped me and my family move when we needed to and kept in contact with us when we needed him to be there. Thank you Century 21 and thank you John Barreto for your service to me and my family.
