Dr zucker is the best....very affordable and great staff
I've been taking my dogs to Boulevard since around 2010 and I've always been satisfied with their work, from getting my dogs nails trimmed, to cremations. Over those years I've lost three dogs that had cancer and became very sick to the point where there was not much else to do other than put them down. My dog recently passed away and I of course got her cremated, along with paying for a paw print (which I didn't receive) because the company that does the paw prints (not Boulevard) made a mistake. With me already losing my dog and being very depressed about that, and on top of that I didn't receive a paw print that I paid for! They credited $45 back to my account (which I'm still waiting for). It was a mistake I understand, but it was a very sloppy mistake. My other two dogs that passed away received covers for their urn, with my recent dog, all I received was just her urn in a plastic wrap...no cover for the urn, nothing. Very disappointed this time, not satisfied at all. I'm not sure if I will be coming here in the future.
Went to have my cat euthanized today and I have to say that Dr. Zuker and his nurse made a very hard situation very comfortable and peaceful for us. Their bedside manner was something you don't see too often. I would like to thank them and the whole staff. Highly recommend this office.
Luv, luv, luv this place. I can't tell you how much I luv it. Dr. Rupert is soooooo smart and compassionate. We've been through so much together with my pets. My little kitty soul mate had kidney failure and should've died as a baby, but with their help, I was able to spend 8 more months with her before it was time for her to go to kitty heaven. I'm in the same situation with my very old dog right now. He's on his way to doggy heaven and Dr Rupert is helping him stay comfortable and have a quality life until it's time for that impossible decision. I don't ever want to go to a different vet. This is the best fit for me.
They want to charge me to tell me an estimate for a surgery. This place is a joke. Plus they are never available for same day appoinments for emergencies.
