Went in to buy a truck and Jordan helped me out through every step of the way. Jordan was very helpful, polite, and caring throughout the whole process. Showed me all of the features as well as difference in features between certain models. Not pushy at all! Between emailing for a finance question, deciding on the truck and the paperwork, it was an easy process! Highly recommend this place!
The only reason I gave them 2 starts is there is one guy in the parts department who is awesome and understands the meaning of customer service. Just one guy though.

Josh who is super nice, patient and warm-hearted helped us get a perfect car here!!!!!! My wife and I are so grateful and would highly recommend this place. Jordan and John are wonderful. I told them the truck I am looking for over the email. They have one for me. Two short visits, traded in the old and drove home the new. No need to bargain the price. They made it easy, friendly. Best car buying experience ever. Can't say enough nice things about them.
The Service Department needs to be renamed because there is no service. I called in to get an appointment and was told they would not make an appointment for my Chrysler because it was too old and it's been too long since it's been to a dealership. I have to bring it by and have them inspect it first to see if they want to work on it. Then she informs their next appointment isn't for another 45 days. So let me get this straight. I have a car that is hazardous to drive because the ABS brakes aren't working correctly, you want me to drive it over for an inspection and then won't be able to fix it for another 45 days? What am I supposed to drive until then?
