The service was well done here. I felt that Lucy and Pedro had the best interest in mind with letting you know the options you have without forcing anything on you. I rejected the GAP insurance and i have experience other dealerships that would flip out by such an act. Overall, a well-done service done by the two. Lucy pulled me in and Pedro convinced me to make the sale. Great teamwork.
Honestly, my husband and I have purchased at least 20 vehicles over the last 30 years and I always dreaded the experience! However, when I was directed to Brandon he changed my mind about car buying and made our last purchase from 2 weeks ago the easiest transaction EVER! Forget the fact that we had already been to another dealership whose attitude was "take it or leave it!" Brandon was clear from the beginning that he wanted to help us get the exact car and price we wanted and he definitely exceeded our expectations. I have every intention of replacing 2 other vehicles in the near future and I plan on having Brandon from from Antelope Valley Subaru help me again. Thank you, Brandon for a job well done!
By far the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Wes truly understood my needs and was able to work out a deal that was so good there was no way I couldn't buy. On the same note, Brandon was super courteous, answered all of my stupid questions, and did an incredible job showing me all of the features that my new Subaru has. These guys love what they do and believe in their product which makes all of the difference. AV Subaru is great place to go if you really want a pleasant car buying experience. They know their product(s) so well that they were able to let the car sell itself just by showing me all of the great features. No pressure, no hassle. The easiest 5 star rating that I have ever given. I'll be back!
Paid 160$ to diagnose my a/c turning off and on. they can't find the problem but took the 160$. They say bring it back when it happens and they still can't find out what is wrong with it. Find a better service center , maybe go to the subaru dealership in valencia.
Brandon was wonderful from start to finish! I told him what I wanted and he beat the price of two other dealerships and Costco! Easiest car buying experience ever. Honest trade in offer for my car, no hidden agenda, fees, or additions to purchase. Very upfront and honest!
