My youngest daughter order flowers for me to receive on my birthday! I am sorry to say it is now 8:40 PM and I still do not have them!
As for the one star rating, it was the only way I could post this. They should have no star rating.
I was contacted around noon to make sure the address was right. I confirmed it.. Around 6:00 PM I was contacted again. I was told that my flowers would be here. About 50 minutes ago, I was told again that they were going to be here. The lady who contacted me was only 30 minutes away. I had my yard lights on so she would not miss my home.
I do not know about others, but I think they should change their promise of same day delivery to when we get around to it!
Beautiful bouquet delivered quickly. Very friendly staff. Very pleased!
If they contact me again, I think I'll tell them to refund the cost to my daughter. I'll will tell her and the rest of my family what other shops that I use to are to order flowers from. I know I will not do business with Antelope Valley Florist. All they did was make me think I was getting my flowers. They knew it was my birthday and did not deliver.

Absolutely the best! Pre-ordered my Mother's Day Arrangement. Initially I wanted them delivered. But plans changed and their top notch customer service accommodated for me to simply pick it up on the day of. Came to pick it up and it was so beautiful! Well worth the cost to let mom know she is very special!
Their service gets even better. Not more than a mile down the road I get into an accident and the vase broke from the hard impact. I go back with flowers in hand and ask them if they can salvage it? They quickly combined two arrangements and work their magic and it was amazing! The accident alone ruined my day but Chris and his crew at AV Florist made sure it didn't ruin Mother's Day! If you want to be treated the best and know what quality is AVF is the only place to go... just saying, I am now a lifetime customer.
The plans my family had to celebrate my birthday were ruined, as it got to late to go out as planned. Some of my family lives over 100 miles away!
