We came in at the last moment during a sad time for our family. Palmdale-Lancaster Florist was there for us. They had a wonderful bouquet available, and helped us pack up the arrangement for the service the next morning. Nothing but kindness.

ordered a prom corsage and even brought in my own ribbon when my boyfriend picked it up it was not what we asked for and the ribbon was falling off! ruined my prom experience and they refused to fix it or refund my money
I received a beautiful arrangement on Tuesday. On Wednesday some of the flowers were dying I called and the employee told me to cut the bottom off and change the water I did that. The next day it looked worse so I called again to complain. They came and picked up the damaged bouquet and brought me a nice new one I am very happy that they were so accommodating and that they took care of it so quickly.My only complaint would be that they kept the card that was with my bouquet when they picked it up and I didn't notice until later. I would however order flowers from them again they were beautiful.
